What you'll need:

          ~ Balloon

          ~Funnel

          ~ Flour

          ~Permanent Marker

          ~Spoon

① Start by putting your balloon on your funnel. The funnel makes it WAY easier to get the flour in the balloon.

② Then put a couple scoops of flour into the funnel. There are different ways to get the flour in the balloon. The best way is to use a chopstick or something like that.
